I have really enjoyed reading the books in A Series Of Unfortunate Events series by Lemony Snicket. Its about 3 orphans who get sent to live with different people and mischief follows them everywhere.They are great books! I also like The Amazing Days Of Abby Hayes books. They are about a ten yr old girl called Abby.Its very funny.!

The Secret Garden is the best book in the world. You have to read it. When you read it you feel like in a dream. If you are not interested in a book about a young girl that lives in an enormous house that has a secret garden you're crazy.!!

I recommend The Borrowers Series and The Harry Potter Series. If you like liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiitle people then I RECCOMEND THE BORROWERS. They live under the floor but then something bad happens and they have to live outside. . . . . . . . . read more to find out. Harry Potter is exciting and suspenseful. If you're into fantasy and excitement and strange things then these series are for you. YOU SHOULD READ THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Lord of the Rings triology was a wonderful set of books to read! Full of fantasy and adventure - just like the movie - I loved them. JRR Tolkien has a brilliant mind to think up such characters as Frodo, Bilbo and Gandalf. A must read for everyone into fantasy!! !

I recommend 'Goodnight Mister Tom' by Michelle Magorian. Its about a young boy named William Beech whos mother sends him to live in the country while Britain is fighting in World War 2. William is a vey sad, deprived child, but while he lives with old Thomas Oakley, William makes new friends and is very happy until he is summond back to London by his mother who is a very unstable woman. You have to read the book to find out what happens to William when he is called back to London!!

I recommend "The Outsiders" By: S.E. Hinton. I thought it was a very good book...a book I couldn't put down! I think it might be a good read for older kids (12 and up) as the younger ones might not really understand it.
